We know that it is difficult to schedule a time to workout with an exercise professional and that's why our personal training staff is available for appointments not only during the day, but after work and weekends too. We urge you to take advantage of our staffs' flexibility in regards to your physical fitness.
Our primary focus is to ensure that you achieve the goals that we have helped you set. We also understand that many of you already have current memberships to local gyms. By using our certified personal training staff, you can augment and/or complement your current gym membership by receiving expert advice with us, then fine-tuning it on your own time at your gym.

Private Training, Nutritional Consultation, and Nutritional Consultation
Our training facility is tailored to fit the needs of the specific athlete. We provide private and semi-private training, small group training, nutritional consulting, and injury prevention and pre-rehabilitation. In fact, the patients here at Eastside Wellness Center often times become personal training clients, as it is a seamless, natural segue from active rehabilitation to sport-specific training

Injury "Pre-Habilitation"
Our personal training staff can implement recovery programs that are easily integrated into your existing injury rehabilitation. By transitioning from an active rehabilitation model into post-rehab training, at Eastside Wellness Center, clients of all athletic backgrounds can benefit from continued direction of a safe, effective and independent workout program. With our training staff, you don’t have to worry about being released from active rehab, only to go back to your gym and hurt yourself again. We will work with you refining your strength, balance and endurance so that your return to the field or the court is met with the confidence that you won’t re-injure yourself.
Our trainers work closely with our in-house doctors and physical therapists, which can provide you with peace of mind knowing that you are training in an environment that ensures proper biomechanics, safety and an injury-free training atmosphere.
